Mrs. Nilofar Mukhtar belongs to one of the top industrialist families of Pakistan. She is the wife of the Ch. Ahmad Mukhtar. She holds a BA (Hons) degrees from CB College Rawalpindi. She is also a member of the Audit and Human Resource & Remuneration Committee.
